Lashkar-e-Toiba (LeT), the terrorist outfit, active in J & K, has been conducting training camps in different areas of Pakistan including Markaz-e-Taiba in Muridke near Lahore and another one near Manshera. It is also revealed that a highly specialised paragliding training was also included in the training curriculum of LeT cadres at camp in Muzaffarabad. Some SSG serving and retired personnel are involved in imparting the training to LeT cadres on paragliding and use of drones for terror attacks.

Details of training capsule are as follows:-

(aa)   ‘Daura-e-Sufa’ religious course – 21 days

(ab)   ‘Daura-e-Aam’ basic combat course – 21 days

(ac)   ‘Daura-e-Khaas’ advanced combat course – 03 months.
