Zakaria Yaseen Bhat, a class-8 student, has brought laurels not only to Jammu and Kashmir but the entire nation is proud of his achievements in the sport of Thang-Ta. Bhat, who drew his inspiration from his uncle, has participated in several district, national and international tournaments. First played a district-level tournament in 2011, Yaseen Bhat bagged a gold during the national championship held in the same year. Since then, he has not looked back!
